| Our History Soto Construction Co., Inc. was founded in 1986 as a civil engineering construction group and our goal for the 21st century is to expand our List of Services, increase our performance capacity, and invest in new technologies that will improve our ability to provide the most cost effective solutions to meet all of our Client's needs. At Soto Construction, our many years of experience allows us the ability to successfully deliver a diverse range of construction projects, including Vertical, Horizontal and Underground type projects. In 2007, Soto Construction expanded its List of Consulting Services, which now includes Construction Management, Constructibility Review and Pre-Solicitation Services. Our newest offering is Heavy Equipment Operator Training - at NO COST to Governmental Agencies.
