Our History
In 1986, Walter D. Soto founded Soto Construction Company, Inc. (SCC, Inc.) as a
civil engineering construction group. With its experienced and professional team, Soto
Construction regularly provides Constructability Review and Pre-Solicitation Services
to its governmental clients. In 2007, Walter Soto expanded the range of SCC, Inc.'s
services to include Heavy Equipment Operating Training.
As a licensed and privately held General Contracting and Consulting Corporation
located in Southern Arizona, our goal for the 21st century is to expand our List of
Services, increase our performance capacity and invest in new technologies that will
improve our ability to provide the most cost effective solutions to meet all of our clients’
needs.
